What is the Go Active Challenge?

The Go Active Challenge encourages you to be more physically active and make healthy changes to your diet and lifestyle. Whatever your baseline diet and fitness level, the Go Active Challenge is designed to allow everyone to improve on their current health position.

You will have to complete an activity diary for one week where you will be encouraged to take up daily challenges such as increasing your daily walking or cycling, swapping some of your snacks for healthier choices and using more local shops and services.
